I couldn’t let this month of beauty pass on the blog without sharing all the beauty products that made my life a whole lot easier this year… I’ve finally settled with some beauty products as I honestly believe them to be the very best I’ve ever tried & like many girls, I’ve tried lots!

I love to hear other peoples absolute favourite products and why, so I thought I’d share just that with you lovely folk…. If you try any of them, have tried & loved them or, tried them & weren’t a fan I’d love to hear about it in the comments xx

- Dermalogica Clear Start face wash… I’ve mentioned a few times on Snapchat before (username: icomeundone) that I suffered a bad breakout at the start of this year so researched skincare to help & this range consistently came out on top. My skin has thankfully settled but when I tried another face wash during the summer I noticed more frequently breakouts so I now use this everyday & couldn’t be happier with it.

-  Benfit’s Ka-Brow in shade 4. I fill my brows in with powder & an angled brush before finishing them with this product… it stays put all day, leaves a really natural finish & is so handy for popping in your handbag with the brush contained inside the lid. LOVE this product.

- Oribe dry texturising spray… I’m ob.sessed. This product ain’t cheap but I truly believe its worth the hefty price tag. It adds buildable & lasting texture without visible product build up- instant all-day volume in a can… what more could you want!?

- Penny’s PS… individual lashes (as seen below). I’ve never been able to get to grips with falsies so these are a fantastic alternative. They look perfect, stay put all night and cost €1.50 a pack. Perfect!

- Maybeline’s Lash Sensational in waterproof black. I learnt a while back that waterproof mascara holds a curl much better than standard mascara which is definitly true and THIS mascara holds a curl like no other. Lash it on after curling with the cult Shu Uemura curler & you’ll literally blow people away with your flicker.

- Mary Lou Manizer… no makeup kit would be complete without this really. It adds glow like no other, love it!

- YSL’s Rouge Pur Couture in 213 (as seen below)… its the perfect orange tone red which is so wearable & finishes to a matte but not drying look. I’ve gotten endless wear and, endless compliments on this lipstick, definitely worth looking at if you’re in the market for an easy-to-wear red.

- Seventeen’s instant glow in shade light. I’ve worn this bronzer for years, its even been featured on the blog before in my ’20 beauty products I buy again & again’ post. I’ve ventured from this bronzer but always return to it as I think its ultimately the best drug store bronzer and, better than a lot of high end bronzers I’ve tried.

- Charlotte Tibury contour kit… I got this as a birthday present & have fallen in love with the subtle, yet effective finish. A great high end beauty buy.

- & Other Stories Moroccan Tea body scrub. This is quite literally the most divine smelling scrub I’ve ever used AND its the perfect balance of being abrasive enough to be effective without tearing your skin off!

- The Tan liquid gel tan (as seen below). Really natural looking colour with the most amazing wear… no weird skin balling or dodgy looking elbows as the weeks go on. It literally fades as naturally as a normal tan which is why its my fave long lasting tan to date.

- NXY lipstick in shade Maison… the only ‘true brown’ lipstick I’ve ever felt comfortable wearing. I’ve only gotten into the NYX brand in the last year & have fallen completely in love with their affordable, high-pigmented make up.

- Tigi Bead Head Headrush shine spray. Smells uhhhhnreal & adds the most amazing gloss to your mane, the best shine spray I’ve ever used.

- NXY lip creams in shades Cannes & Abu Dhabi (as seen below). I’ve added these together as, that’s exactly how I use them. I know Abu Dhabi has a cult status as the ultimate nude but it washed me out a little so, by mixing these 2 shades together (Cannes is more of a rosy nude) I’ve created my perfect nude.

This has been my go-to everyday lip colour this year & I absolutely love it.

- Roads ‘Big Sky’ perfume. This is a strong, unique scent, its not for everyone but I bloody adore it! I’ve never been into classic scents so this struck me straight away as the kind of perfume you’d recognise instantly. It’s sold in Brown Thomas & definitely worth a smell if you’re passing through.

- Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant. This product has become a firm staple in my daily routine… I use it in the mornings before I apply my make up or after the gym to stop any grime blocking my pores. Its a gentle yet effective exfoliator, a brilliant product.

- Dermalogica Clear Start Overnight Treatment. As I said previously I’m a big fan of this range… I use this treatment nightly on my jaw line as thats where I’m most likely to break out.

- Rimmel Stay Matte powder. No matter how many pressed powders I’ve tried over the years I’ve always come back to this one… inexpensive & effective, what more could you want?

- Too Faced Born This Way foundation. I’ve only been using this product for a month now but it’s definitely been the stand out foundation of 2016 for me. I loved it so much I wrote a bite sized beauty review on it here 🙂

- Topshop lipstick in the shade Vamp (as seen below). This lipstick is the bomb dot com… it’s the most perfect wine shade lipstick I’ve ever seen in my life, it dries to a matte but not drying finish AND it makes your teeth look mega white. A firm favorite of mine which gets endless compliments every time I wear it.

I LOVE the Mary-Lou Manizer as well! You made me want to try the Penney’s eyelashes 🙂

They’re brilliant! Super easy to use unlike other individual lashes I’ve tried that have hardly any base to work with. I think the Mary Lou-Manizer has to be a cult fave at this stage! <3
