This is the look I styled earlier in the week for the beautiful Littlewoods #HelloSummer event where I got to preview their summer 2015 collection.
For blogger and press events I always try to teeter on the line between dressy and casual as you can never be sure what way the event is gonna be… or how long into the night that day is going to take you!
Aside from not wanting to be either over or under dressed, it’s also fundamental to showcase your personal style as these events as they are always a great place to network soooo, for that reason I went for a boho look and added this gorgeous H&M waterfall coat.
I am weirdly drawn towards burnt orange fabrics for a reason completely unbeknownst to me but my wardrobe is a literally a sea of monochrome with several very obvious burnt orange pieces protruding out of the mix. Maybe its a boho thing as burnt orange was quite the statement colour of the bohemian 70’s.. that’s simply the only conclusion I can draw about the magnetic force between me & that specific colour!
Then, never one to do things by halves, I finished the look off with not one but THREE necklaces before I headed out into that day.
