Weekend Style – Sheep Skin Cape

I was in town recently grabbing a bite to eat when a girl walked in wearing this sheepskin cape, I fell in love instantly but figured once she’d left that, my chances of ever finding the same item had left with her… but I was wrong! (…of course!).

Later that same day I was rushing through town en route to a meeting when I ran past a boutique that I’d never been in before and there it was, right in the window. I popped in, grab a cape and, as soon as I tried it on I knew it had to be mine.

It’s a little unusual but still so wearable; I plan to style it as a layering piece until the mercury rises both over and under all variety of jackets, then incorporate it into some boho festival looks throughout the summer. Its unbelievable snug on its own & keeps great structure when styled with other pieces. I’m in love!

I let the cape speak for it’s self in this look pairing it with simple ripped skinnies, my much-loved minimal Vas shoes and a trusty Primark fedora.
